Crested Butte Ultra

I am currently hard at work training for the Crested Butte 55k!

Currently, I am averaging 50-60 miles a week and am excited to run in the gorgeous Colorado mountains in the fall!

Key focuses in my training have included

  • Balancing Hydration & Electrolytes

  • Eating less gels and more real food on runs

  • Building endurance with 5-6h runs

  • Learning technique on technical trails
